After stepping away from my role at Raytheon, I pursued a path rooted in food, creativity, and meaningful connection. I invested in formal training, earning an Honors Diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking, and Restaurant Management from the Arizona Culinary Institute while gaining hands-on experience—from dishwasher and expo roles to line cook positions and passionate home cooking.
In 2018, Deb and Mark at Frank's Restaurant (Francisco's by night) recognized that commitment and welcomed me into their restaurant family, offering a spot on the line that accelerated my growth in a real kitchen environment. I’m deeply grateful for their belief and the reliable support they’ve provided along the way.
Today, I continue building that foundation through daily effort, blending my procurement expertise with culinary passion to create thoughtful, ingredient-driven experiences. This journey fuels my pop-up dinners and events—like the upcoming fine-dining tasting menu—where I honor Tucson’s local flavors, intention, and the joy of sharing food with others.
